V2 Retail Ltd. – Value & Variety is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Loss Prevention professional to strengthen store-level controls, minimize business losses, improve compliance and drive effective corrective actions across our retail network. POSITION Zonal / Regional Loss Prevention Manager

Based on business requirement Department: Loss Prevention / Audit Function: Retail Operations / Loss Prevention ROLE OVERVIEW The role will be responsible for end-to-end Loss Prevention and Risk Control across assigned stores/zone, including store audits, inventory and shrinkage control, POS and cash monitoring, CCTV validation, incident investigation, SOP compliance and corrective-action closure. For the Regional role, the position will have direct connectivity with approximately 20–22 stores, including regular store visits, daily exception monitoring and follow-up on identified gaps.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Audit & SOP Compliance
• Conduct planned and surprise store audits based on risk and previous findings.
• Check compliance with SOPs, internal controls, approvals and mandatory records.
• Audit billing, refunds, exchanges, discounts, void transactions, stock receiving, dispatch and returns.
• Identify control gaps and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Inventory & Shrinkage Control
• Monitor stock shortages, excess stock, inventory mismatches and unexplained variances.
• Review stock-taking, cycle counts and shrinkage trends.
• Monitor in-transit HU, pending GRC, vehicle receiving and ageing cases.
• Investigate suspected theft, fraud, stock manipulation and process-related losses. POS, Cash & Financial Control
• Review Void Bills, refunds, cancellations, discounts and unusual POS transactions.
• Monitor cash short/excess, banking, deposits, reconciliation and recovery cases.
• Validate suspicious transactions against CCTV and supporting records.
• Identify and escalate material discrepancies and unauthorized transactions. CCTV & Investigation




• Monitor CCTV for suspicious activities, theft and process deviations.
• Cross-check CCTV footage with POS transactions, inventory records and documents.
• Investigate theft, cash shortages, billing irregularities and policy violations.
• Prepare factual investigation reports covering findings, evidence and financial impact. Reporting, ATR & Corrective Action
• Maintain audit, investigation, exception and ATR trackers.
• Identify high-risk and repeat observations.
• Assign action owners and closure timelines.
• Follow up with Store, Operations, Finance, HR, Inventory and Supply Chain teams.
• Verify evidence and ensure that corrective actions are actually implemented.
• Escalate critical, overdue or recurring issues to senior management. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT The role will work closely with:
