We are looking for an experienced Senior IVF Consultant (Centre Head) who can combine clinical excellence with strong leadership, drive the centre’s growth and development, mentor clinical teams, and ensure an exceptional patient experience while upholding the highest standards of fertility care. . ? Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: MS/MD/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OBGYN), with a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine or FNB.
•

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IVF following completion of a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine or FNB.
• Robust clinical expertise in fertility management, IVF procedures, and patient counselling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily OPD consultations, ensuring accurate diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, and empathetic patient counselling.
• Perform and supervise fertility procedures, including IUI, IVF, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized fertility treatment protocols while evaluating clinical outcomes.




• Provide comprehensive medical and emotional counselling to support informed patient decisions and continuity of care.
• Participate in peripheral OPDs and medical camps to expand patient outreach and accessibility.
• Maintain accurate medical records, treatment protocols, and patient progress documentation.
• Provide clinical cover and support to fellow IVF consultants whenever required.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior doctors, nurses, and support staff to maintain high standards of clinical practice.
