Role Description The Plant Operations Manager is a full time role responsible for overseeing daily production activities at the Baronda, Raipur facility in a onsite work arrangement. This role includes managing end-to-end plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure consistent quality and output of spices and blends. The manager will supervise plant staff, monitor equipment performance, enforce safety and hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with quality control procedures and food safety regulations.

Key responsibilities
include optimizing processes for efficiency, reducing waste, managing raw material inventory, and collaborating with procurement and logistics to maintain smooth supply chain operations.



The Plant Operations Manager will also prepare operational reports, support continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with leadership to meet production targets and customer requirements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong plant operations and production management skills, including experience in process optimization, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Candidates should possess quality assurance and food safety skills, such as knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene standards in food or spice manufacturing.
• Candidates should possess people management and leadership skills, including team supervision, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Candidates should possess inventory and supply chain coordination skills, including raw material handling, stock monitoring, and collaboration with procurement and logistics.
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data, reports, and KPIs to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in food technology, operations management, or a related field is preferred; relevant plant or factory management experience in the food or spice industry is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software, basic MS Office tools, and adherence to safety, environmental, and ethical standards will be an advantage.
