Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media strategies across platforms to strengthen brand presence and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for reach and performance, responding to audience interactions, and collaborating with designers and copywriters on campaign assets. The role also involves tracking key metrics, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements based on analytics and market trends. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Durg,



requiring close coordination with the creative and marketing teams to support client campaigns and brand initiatives. Qualifications
• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
• Content Strategy and Writing skills, including the ability to plan content calendars and craft engaging, brand-aligned copy.
• Strong Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, collaborating with clients, and managing online community interactions.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools, basic understanding of digital advertising (e.g., boosted posts, paid campaigns), and trend monitoring.
• Ability to work on-site in Durg, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly in a quick-paced agency environment.
