Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead to develop cloud-first web applications and lead cross-functional development teams in delivering high-quality enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in modern web technologies, application architecture, microservices, API development, and database design, along with proven leadership experience. The role involves collaborating with Fortune 500 clients, understanding strategic business requirements, translating them into technology solutions, managing delivery plans, and ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget. The candidate should be comfortable balancing technical leadership, people management, and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement and Business Alignment
• Work closely with clients, including Fortune 500 organizations, to understand business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, effective technology solutions.
• Align technology initiatives with client expectations and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with domain experts and stakeholders to define project scope and delivery priorities.
• Technical Leadership and Application Development
• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-first web applications using technologies such as React.js, Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Provide technical direction on system design, microservices-driven architecture, and event-driven architecture.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable APIs and application components.
• Lead the development of enterprise-grade applications, ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Review database schemas and establish effective database models and data designs.
• Guide technical leads and developers in resolving design and coding challenges, contributing hands-on code when required.
• Drive application development, integration, production deployment, and ongoing support.
• Delivery Planning and Execution




• Develop delivery plans in collaboration with domain experts and ensure execution within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Define technical requirements, break down deliverables, and coordinate execution across development teams.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, and prepare contingency plans.
• Oversee application productionization, deployment, maintenance, and support.
• Ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Team Leadership and Talent Development
• Lead and manage high-performing, multidisciplinary development teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Define team structures, identify hiring requirements, and participate in recruitment and selection.
• Hire, mentor, and train developers and technical leads as needed.
• Provide technical guidance, encourage engineering best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical contribution.
• Technology Innovation and Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies, architecture patterns, and development practices.

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in software development, with a degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in web application development using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Flask,



Django, or the MERN stack.
• Strong hands-on experience in full stack application development and enterprise-level software engineering.
• Proven experience designing and implementing REST APIs and application integrations.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven architecture.
• Experience in system design, application architecture, database modeling, and schema design.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams of skilled developers in a rapid-paced environment.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in application deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on development. Preferred Qualifications
