Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding. ✅ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels. ✅ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements. ✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions. ✅ Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining. ?
Requirements:
✔️ MBA in HR is mandatory. ✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in core recruitment. ✔️ Robust sourcing, communication, and coordination skills. ✔️ Candidates must be comfortable working from our Sidhrawali location.
