Full-Time / Contract (as applicable) Work Mode: As per client requirements Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Dell Boomi Platform Administrator to manage, administer, monitor, and maintain the Boomi integration platform and its runtime environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in platform administration, Atom/Molecule management, environment configuration, access management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and platform operations. This role is focused on Boomi platform administration and operations, not Boomi integration development. Experience working with Azure environments will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain the Dell Boomi platform and associated environments.
• Manage Boomi Atoms, Molecules, Atom Clouds, and runtime environments.
• Configure and manage environments, setting extensions, deployment configurations, and runtime assignments.
• Monitor platform health, runtime availability, process execution, and integration performance.
• Troubleshoot runtime failures, connectivity issues, deployment problems, and platform-related incidents.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, access controls, and platform security.
• Perform platform configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and runtime patching as required.
• Monitor system logs, execution records, alerts, and platform resource utilization.
• Coordinate with integration development teams to resolve platform and setting-related issues.
• Support deployment activities, environment setup, configuration promotion, and release management.




• Maintain platform documentation, operational procedures, access records, and incident reports.
• Follow security policies, operational standards, and change management procedures.
• Provide production support and participate in incident management and root-cause analysis. Required Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT platform administration, middleware administration, integration platform operations, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Dell Boomi platform administration.
• Experience managing Boomi Atoms, Molecules, Atom Clouds, and runtime environments.
• Good understanding of environment management, deployment configuration, and environment extensions.
• Experience in platform monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of user administration, role-based access control, security, and permissions.
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving platform-level issues.
• Understanding of networking concepts, connectivity, certificates, firewall rules, and secure communication.
• Ability to coordinate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams. Good to Have
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines, networking, identity and access management, and monitoring.
• Exposure to Azure Monitor, Azure networking, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud infrastructure operations.
• Experience with ITIL processes, incident management, change management, and problem management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment automation practices.
• Relevant Dell Boomi or Microsoft Azure certifications.
