Role Description This full time remote Market Research Associate role focuses on supporting technology investment decisions through structured research and analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and validating market, product, and competitive data from primary and secondary sources, and conducting qualitative and quantitative market research. The associate will perform market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and contribute to the development of Intelligence Matrix evaluations and ROI-focused research deliverables. The role involves preparing clear reports, visual summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients,



collaborating with senior researchers and product marketing teams, and helping refine research frameworks and methodologies. The associate is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy and data integrity in a remote, digital-first work environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills for technology and software markets.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for handling quantitative data, identifying patterns, and deriving insights.
