Hyderabad We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with CSSA and CPDC certifications to join our Center of Excellence (COE) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and a solid understanding of Pega best practices. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the development and optimization of Pega applications while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications in accordance with business requirements.
• Utilize Customer Decision Hub (CDH) capabilities to enhance customer engagement and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
• Participate in the development of Pega COE standards and guidelines.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers within the team.



Mandatory

Skills:
• CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification.
• CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant) certification.
• Proven hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Strong understanding of Pega COE practices and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred

Skills:
• Experience with Pega 8.x and its features.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used in Pega.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
