Role Description The Service Technician – Hospitality is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing equipment used in the preparation, storage, and display of organic products and baked items. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating repairs with vendors, and ensuring equipment meets hygiene and safety standards. The role involves working closely with kitchen and store staff to minimize downtime, training team members on proper equipment use, and maintaining accurate service records. The Service Technician also supports continuous improvement of operations by identifying preventive maintenance needs and recommending technical enhancements. Qualifications
• Technical and mechanical

skills:
ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair hospitality and food service equipment, with basic electrical and mechanical understanding.
• Operational and safety

skills:
knowledge of food safety,



hygiene standards, and safe handling of tools and equipment in a hospitality or food production environment.
• Organizational and documentation
