Role Description This is a full-time, in office Warehouse Manager role based in Thoothukudi. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and products while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, organizing stock locations, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability. The role also involves monitoring inventory accuracy, conducting regular stock checks, optimizing warehouse layout, and ensuring equipment and machinery are used safely and efficiently.



The Warehouse Manager will work closely with site leadership to improve operational efficiency, reduce losses, and support continuous process improvement. Qualifications
• Strong stock control and inventory control skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and perform regular stock audits.
• Proficiency in inventory management and operations management, including planning, organizing, and optimizing warehouse processes.
• Experience with forklift operation or other material-handling equipment, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems or ERP tools and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, email communication).
• Previous experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or industrial environments.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities, including training and guiding warehouse staff.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
