About the Role
Remesleep is looking for a healthcare professional with a strong interest in sales to help patients access sleep diagnostic services and sleep therapy solutions. We are looking for someone who understands medical terminology, communicates confidently with patients, and has the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed sleep study bookings and CPAP/BiPAP purchases or rentals.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming enquiries and leads for sleep studies, CPAP/BiPAP machines, and rental services.
* Explain sleep study procedures, service options, pricing, and the booking process to patients and caregivers.
* Convert enquiries into confirmed sleep study bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
* Counsel patients on CPAP/BiPAP purchase and rental options based on their prescribed therapy requirements.
* Follow up with interested patients and pending leads to improve conversion rates.
* Understand patient concerns regarding pricing, convenience, and therapy options, and address them appropriately.
* Achieve monthly targets for sleep study bookings, CPAP/BiPAP sales, and rentals.




* Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
* Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience. Eligibility Criteria
* BDS, BHMS, BAMS, or a relevant healthcare qualification.
* Experience in healthcare sales, medical sales, diagnostic services, or patient counselling is preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales aptitude may also apply.
* Comfortable speaking with patients and caregivers over calls and in person.
* Robust persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
* Target-oriented, proactive, and motivated by sales performance.
