We are looking for a Wedding Décor Partner who can drive décor sales, develop strong industry partnerships, manage client requirements, and coordinate with vendors and execution teams to deliver exceptional wedding décor experiences. Role OverviewThe Wedding Décor Partner will be responsible for generating and closing wedding décor business, building relationships with wedding planners and venues, preparing décor proposals and cost estimates, and managing vendor partnerships. The role requires a strong combination of sales, business development, décor knowledge, negotiation, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Generate and convert leads for wedding décor services into confirmed bookings.
• Build partnerships with wedding planners, venues, hotels, banquet halls, and other industry professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong network within the wedding industry.
• Convert existing wedding planning clients into décor customers and collaborate with external planners to secure décor orders.
• Conduct client meetings, understand wedding themes, preferences, and budgets, and present customized décor solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and décor packages to close deals and achieve sales targets. 2.



Décor Planning & Costing
• Understand client requirements and suggest creative, practical, and budget-friendly décor concepts.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates covering materials, labour, fabrication, installation, and other project expenses.
• Negotiate pricing while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of wedding décor packages with photographs, pricing, and specifications.
• Stay updated on wedding décor trends, designs, materials, and market pricing. 3. Vendor & Partner Management
• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with reliable décor vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate vendor rates, finalize requirements, and coordinate availability and delivery timelines.
• Build long-term partnerships that support business growth and quality execution.
• Coordinate with fabrication teams, decorators, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery. 4. Project Coordination & Execution
• Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed décor projects to the execution team after receipt of the advance payment.
• Communicate client expectations, approved designs, budgets,



and timelines clearly to the relevant teams.
• Coordinate venue visits, site requirements, installations, and event-day arrangements as required.
• Resolve last-minute changes and coordination issues professionally.
• Ensure that committed deliverables are aligned with client expectations and agreed budgets. Candidate Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in wedding décor, event management, décor sales, or a related industry.
• Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Established connections with wedding planners, venues, hotels, banquet halls, or décor vendors will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of wedding décor concepts, materials, fabrication, labour costing, and execution requirements.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship-management skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, manage budgets, and maintain project profitability.
• Creative thinking with a good visual understanding of wedding décor trends.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to venues and attend weddings or events, including weekends and flexible schedule. Key Skills
