Job Title: SAP Security GRC Consultant

5–10 Years Locations: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Chennai Work Mode: Hybrid – 2–3 Days Work from Office Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Role Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Security GRC Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x, and SAP S/4HANA security architecture. The candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP security implementation projects, including security assessments, role design, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and control implementation. This is a client-facing implementation role, involving design workshops, security architecture discussions, and end-to-end implementation activities. Candidates with only production support or predominantly support-based experience will not be suitable. Mandatory Technical Skills
• 5–10 years of SAP Security experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x.
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC security.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP security implementation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, security role design, and access controls.
• Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD),



risk analysis, and remediation.
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing security controls.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and security best practices.
• Experience conducting design workshops and engaging directly with clients. Implementation Experience Expectations
• Candidates with 5–10 years of experience should have strong SAP Security implementation exposure, preferably with 1–2 complete implementation cycles.
• Candidates with 10+ years of experience, where considered, should ideally have 2–3 implementation cycles.
• End-to-end implementation experience is essential; support-only profiles are not suitable. Required Competencies
