Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable eyewear products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and brand offerings to customers.
• Achieve individual and category-wise sales targets.
• Complete billing and sales transactions.
• Assist customers with product returns, repairs, queries, and complaints.
• Maintain stock records, monitor inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain attractive product displays and follow store operating procedures.
• Collect customer feedback and support customer satisfaction initiatives. Required
