Location:
Pune We are looking for motivated CA Freshers to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role offers exposure to General Ledger accounting, month-end close activities, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist in intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Support financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Analyze financial data and help resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.




• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives. Key Skills
• Robust understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Statements.
• Knowledge of General Ledger and Intercompany Accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and Power BI is an added advantage. Qualifications
