About the Role
KD Digital is an AI-native digital marketing agency serving clients across the US, Europe, Australia, Asia and India. We are hiring an AI Content Creator who lives on Instagram and YouTube, spots trends early, and uses AI tools every day to turn them into content that grows accounts. You will create content for client brands (education, e-commerce, B2B services) and for our own founder-led accounts. You will work alongside our in-house video editor and have paid access to the AI stack you need. As you grow, you will own the content strategy and business results for the brands you work on. What You Will Do
• Find trends, viral formats, hooks and templates daily, and turn them into original content in each brand's style
• Write scripts, hooks, captions and CTAs for Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn
• Create content yourself using AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini for ideas and scripts; HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway, Kling, CapCut AI or similar for video, avatars and voice
• Shoot simple phone content when needed and brief our video editor for bigger pieces
• Create and grow new accounts from zero, including faceless and AI avatar accounts
• Test hooks and formats, track what performs (retention, saves, shares, follower growth, leads) and double down on winners
• Plan monthly content calendars that connect each brand's content to its goal: leads, sales, awareness or followers Must Have
• Proof that you have grown an account: your own, a client's, or a brand's (share the handle and numbers)
• A strong feel for what works on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts right now




• Ability to spot a trend early and make it your own, not copy it
• Daily, hands-on use of multiple AI tools in your content workflow
• Good written English for scripts and captions
• Comfort working in-house in Udaipur, full-time Strong Bonus
• Experience with faceless channels or AI avatar content
• Storytelling-style short-form scripting with strong retention hooks
• Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and design (Canva, Photoshop)
• Experience creating for education, e-commerce or B2B brands
• Comfort on camera (not required)
• Trend research tools such as Google Trends, Meta Ad Library or Apify scrapers What We Do NOT Need
