• Conduct structured Mental Wellness, Life Skills & Emotional Wellbeing Awareness Sessions.
• Facilitate interactive training programs, workshops and group learning activities.




• Promote awareness of Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, Resilience, Self-Awareness and Positive Communication.
• Deliver educational sessions using COL's approved training content, guidelines and frameworks.
• Collaborate with the COL Professional Network for eligible training and awareness assignments. ?
