Role Description The Corporate Chef is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing culinary operations across the company’s restaurant outlets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and standardizing menus, supervising kitchen teams, and ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control. The Corporate Chef develops and tests new recipes, implements food safety and hygiene standards, and monitors inventory, procurement, and cost control. This role involves training and mentoring kitchen staff, coordinating with management on purchasing and vendor selection,



and supporting new outlet openings or concept rollouts. The Corporate Chef also collaborates with leadership to align culinary offerings with brand positioning and customer expectations. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in professional cooking techniques, menu planning, and recipe development.
• Experience in kitchen operations, including food production, quality control, and cost management.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and compliance with local health regulations.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor diverse culinary teams in a high-volume environment.
• Effective communication, coordination, and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Background in multi-outlet or chain restaurant operations is preferred.
• Culinary diploma or degree from a recognized institute is beneficial; equivalent professional experience is highly valued.
