Role Description We are looking for a confident, organized, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will manage client inquiries, coordinate consultations, maintain customer records, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle client inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Welcome clients and coordinate appointments with visa consultants.
• Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.




• Assist clients with basic information about visa services and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and smooth service delivery.
• Maintain professional relationships and contribute to client satisfaction.
• Handle confidential client information and documents responsibly.
• Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate follow-up records. Qualifications and Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
• Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first approach.
• A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination, or client relationship management is an advantage.
