We’re Hiring: Inside Sales & Customer Service Executive ?

Santacruz West, Mumbai At Fang Oral Care, we’re building a recent-age oral care brand focused on premium, preventive everyday care through thoughtfully formulated products and a robust customer-first experience. We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales & Customer Service Executive with 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, sales, and customer handling. The role will primarily focus on abandoned cart and sales follow-ups, customer communication, CRM management, lead conversion, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers who have abandoned carts or shown purchase intent
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Convert leads and customer enquiries into successful orders
- Manage regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer records, conversations, and follow-up status in the CRM




- Handle customer queries and provide timely support
- Coordinate internally wherever required to resolve customer concerns
- Track conversions, follow-ups, and customer interactions
- Use CRM, AI, and digital tools to improve productivity and customer communication Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong calling, persuasion, and sales conversion skills
- Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities
- Comfortable working with CRM tools
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
- Well-versed with AI tools
- Target-oriented, organised, and proactive
