Role Description This is a full-time, in office Import Export Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Import Export Manager will oversee end-to-end import and export operations, including coordination with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, monitoring shipments, and resolving logistics or customs-related issues. The role involves negotiating freight rates, optimizing transit times, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with internal teams such as sales, finance, and production to meet delivery schedules. The Import Export Manager will also track market trends,



identify opportunities to expand international business, and support continuous process improvements in global supply chain activities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Import Export and Export skills, with hands-on experience in managing cross-border shipments.
• Candidates should possess Export Documentation skills, including preparation, verification, and filing of commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required documents.
• Candidates should possess International Trade skills, with understanding of Incoterms, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government authorities.
• Relevant experience in import–export operations within pharma, nutraceutical, or chemical sectors is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP or trade management software, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in export–import or logistics are an advantage.
