Artistic School of Business (ASB) is looking for a confident, result-oriented Student Counsellor to join our admissions team for our Master Program in Entrepreneurial Business Building (MEBB). This role is more than just counselling
- you will be responsible for turning genuine student interest into confirmed admissions. ? WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Handle qualified student enquiries and understand their career goals
• Counsel students and parents about the MEBB program
• Explain the curriculum, learning methodology and career opportunities
• Conduct counselling calls, meetings and campus visits
• Handle queries, concerns and objections confidently
• Follow up with prospective students and drive them towards a decision
• Convert qualified prospects into confirmed admissions
• Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
• Coordinate admission documentation, fees and student onboarding
• Share feedback on lead quality, objections and conversion challenges ✨ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 1–3 years of experience in Student Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, Inside Sales or CRM




• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
• Strong counselling, persuasion, follow-up and closing skills
• Confident interaction with students and parents
• Target-oriented and comfortable with admission & revenue goals
• Professional, energetic and presentable
• Experience in premium education sales is an advantage ? YOUR SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED BY Qualified Leads → Counselling → Follow-ups → Admissions → Revenue Your performance will be evaluated based on counselling effectiveness, conversion, admission targets, revenue generation and student/parent experience. ?
