We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an aggressive salesperson with a proven track record of success in franchise sales. As the Franchise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new franchisees to grow our brand footprint.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic plans to drive franchise sales growth.
· Identify potential franchise candidates through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
· Conduct thorough qualification and evaluation of potential franchisees to ensure alignment with our brand values and business goals.
· Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective franchisees, including presenting franchise opportunities, addressing objections, and finalizing agreements.
· Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise prospects throughout the sales process.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to streamline the franchise sales process and ensure a seamless transition for recent franchisees.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape,



and market opportunities to capitalize on emerging growth prospects.
· Be target-oriented, opportunistic, and a solution driver, consistently seeking innovative approaches to drive sales and overcome challenges.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise sales, specifically in the preschool franchise industry.
· Strong understanding of the franchising industry, including franchise disclosure laws and regulations.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
· Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive spirit and a drive for results.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
