- Nagpur | Wardha | Solapur Experience
- 2+ years Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC Note
- Hands-on exposure to Open Access and Ground-Mount Solar Projects.

Key Responsibilities
-
• Monitor solar plant performance and daily generation.
• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment breakdowns.
• Monitor inverters, transformers, HT/LT systems and SCADA.




• Maintain O&M; reports and ensure plant safety. Qualification & Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Electrical or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant solar O&M; experience.
• Hands-on experience in Open Access & Ground-Mount Solar Projects is mandatory.
• Robust knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and plant performance monitoring.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
