Job Role : Architectural COE Head

- Architectural Centre of Excellence Open Positions: 1 Role Overview Lead the Architectural Centre of Excellence responsible for architectural strategy, planning, design governance, and technical delivery for hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure facilities, and mission-critical buildings. The role will establish architectural standards and ensure that designs align with operational requirements, engineering constraints, statutory requirements, constructability, and project delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead architectural planning and design from concept development and feasibility through detailed design, construction support, and handover.
• Establish architectural design standards, templates, review protocols, and quality benchmarks across projects.
• Oversee site planning, master planning, space programming, building layouts, elevations, sections, and architectural detailing.
• Lead coordination with structural, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, security, and digital engineering teams.
• Ensure integration of white space, data halls, MMRs, electrical rooms, UPS/battery rooms, generator areas, loading zones, and support spaces.
• Evaluate building envelope,



fire and life safety, access, circulation, maintainability, and future expansion requirements.
• Review design deliverables for compliance, constructability, cost optimization, and design maturity.
• Lead architectural design reviews, resolve complex interfaces, and manage technical risks.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors, and internal project management teams.
• Mentor architects and COE Leads and build a high-performing internal design team. Required Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Suggested

experience:
18–22+ years, including leadership of large industrial, mission-critical, or hyperscale data center projects.
• Solid knowledge of applicable building codes, fire and life safety requirements, accessibility, and local statutory approvals.
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM coordination, and design review workflows.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and large-scale projects. Preferred Experience Hyperscale data centers, AI/GPU infrastructure facilities, high-density computing environments, phased campus development, and design-to-cost optimization.
