In the last 2.5 years, we have raised 50+ Crores for 10-12 startups in equity & debt. Role Description: As an Investor Relations Specialist you will serve as a primary point of contact between the firm, its investor network, and the startups we represent. The role is central to our fundraising operations and encompasses investor engagement, relationship management, and clear, consistent communication across active mandates. The ideal candidate brings robust interpersonal acumen, a structured and detail-oriented approach, and the ability to represent the firm with professionalism and credibility. This position offers significant exposure to live transactions and senior stakeholders,



providing a strong platform to develop deep expertise in investor relations and build a long-term career within the venture capital and startup finance ecosystem. Qualifications
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with investors, venture capital firms, angel networks, and family offices.
• Lead investor outreach efforts
- identifying, engaging, and following up with prospective investors.
• Maintain and manage the investor database, CRM, and outreach pipeline with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate investor meetings and calls, overseeing scheduling, communication, and timely follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, newsletters, and periodic updates.
• Track investor engagement and maintain detailed records of interactions and commitments.
• Facilitate effective matchmaking between startups and suitable investors.
• Support the leadership team across active fundraising mandates and investor communications.
