The Junior Accountant will support daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The role involves preparing basic financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The Junior Accountant will help ensure accurate documentation, compliance with relevant accounting standards, and proper filing of records. The position also includes coordinating with internal teams,



responding to finance-related queries, and assisting senior accounting staff with audits and inventory-related financial tracking. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and basic financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar), MS Excel, and other standard office productivity tools.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance is an advantage, especially in retail, manufacturing, or jewelry sectors.
• Integrity, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior finance professionals.
