• Interact with prospective learners over calls to understand their educational background, career plans, and learning requirements.
• Provide transparent and accurate information about online UG/PG programs, university offerings, eligibility, course structure, and fee details.
• Help learners evaluate suitable program options and address their questions to support informed decisions.
• Guide interested candidates through the application, documentation, and admission process.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective learners and assist them at different stages of their decision-making journey.
• Maintain updated lead information, student interaction, and follow-up records in the CRM.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in EdTech, education counselling, admissions, or inside sales will have an added advantage. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Ability to communicate confidently, understand learner requirements, and explain information clearly.
