Role Description Skycity Hotel Gurgaon is seeking a Front Desk staff member with knowledge of IDS for a full-time, in office position based in Gurgaon. Responsibilities include managing reception desk operations, assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, maintaining accurate records in the IDS system, and ensuring excellent customer service experiences.



The role also involves coordinating with other departments and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors. Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to ensure smooth communication and guest interactions.
• Customer Service skills with a focus on handling inquiries, problem-solving, and creating positive guest experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with guests and team members.
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy and familiarity with IDS system usage for managing records and hotel operations efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of additional hotel management software is an advantage.
