Role Description The Affiliate Sales Manager – International CPS / CPA / CPL is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing international affiliate partners across CPS, CPA, and CPL models, ensuring high-quality traffic and optimized campaign performance. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, negotiating commercial terms, onboarding new affiliates, and maintaining ongoing relationships to drive consistent sales and conversions. The role involves monitoring campaign metrics, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with internal digital marketing and account management teams to align offers, creatives, and funnels with affiliate needs.



The Affiliate Sales Manager will also prepare regular performance reports, provide strategic input on market expansion, and ensure that all activities adhere to company policies and industry best practices. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and prospecting skills, with experience identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new affiliates or partners in international markets.
• Candidates should possess Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in closing deals, managing pipelines, and achieving revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management capabilities, including managing affiliate portfolios, optimizing performance, and setting and tracking KPIs.
• Candidates should possess Digital Marketing knowledge, particularly in performance marketing (CPS, CPA, CPL), tracking tools, campaign optimization, and basic analytics.
• Prior experience in affiliate networks, performance marketing agencies, or online advertising platforms is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work with international clients and partners, with familiarity in global markets and cultural sensitivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical skills, comfort with data and reporting tools, and proficiency in common office and CRM software.
