We're looking for a Manager Operations – Medical Coding (HCC) to lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence. ?

Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead end-to-end medical coding operations across multiple accounts ✔ Drive productivity, quality, SLA, and compliance targets ✔ Manage large teams and develop future leaders ✔ Ensure adherence to ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, HIPAA, and client guidelines ✔ Collaborate with clients and leadership through governance reviews and MIS reporting ✔ Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence initiatives ✔ Support business continuity, risk management, and client satisfaction Preferred
Qualifications:
✅ CPC, CRC, or CCS certification preferred. ✅ 8+ years of experience in US Healthcare/Medical Coding Operations ✅ 2-4 years of experience in a managerial role.
