Most graphics online are forgettable. We’d like you to fix that. Yellow Media Labs is a design-led creative agency based in Ahmedabad. We’ve been building brands since 2013, working with founders and growth-stage companies across India and beyond. We care about taste, restraint and craft, and we think what a business looks like decides how seriously it gets taken. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who actually understands how the internet looks right now. Someone who can tell why one post stops a thumb and another gets scrolled past in half a second. Someone who has taste. What you’ll do
• Design scroll-stopping graphics, carousels, posts and brand visuals for our partners’ social media
• Edit short-form videos and Reels, from raw footage to a finished cut with clean pacing, captions and motion
• Add motion graphics and easy animations that make content feel alive
• Use AI tools smartly (for ideation, images, speed) without letting the work look like AI
• Take a rough idea or a one-line brief and turn it into something people want to share
• Work closely with our strategy and content team, and with the founder directly, on the look and feel of everything we put out
• Keep visual consistency across brands while still giving each one its own personality What we’re looking for
• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, social media design or video editing
• A strong eye for typography, layout, colour and composition
• A real understanding of social media culture: current visual trends,



formats, memes, and what works on Instagram and LinkedIn today
• Comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Canva, and Premiere Pro, CapCut or After Effects
• Basic to intermediate video editing is perfectly fine. If you can cut a clean, well-paced Reel, you’re in the right place
• Comfortable using AI tools in your workflow (Midjourney, Gemini, Runway, etc.)
• A portfolio, even a small one, that shows taste. We care more about the quality of your eye than the number of projects
• Good communication, and the habit of taking feedback well and acting on it fast Nice to have
• Motion design or animation basics
• Experience with brand identity or pitch decks
• An active participant of the internet culture
• A personal project, page or experiment that shows how you think Why YML
• Work on real brands across financial services, healthcare and premium d2c categories
• Direct access to the founder and creative director, with faster feedback and real creative ownership
• A studio that values craft over noise
• Room to grow quickly if you’re sharp, curious and put in the work
• A flexible setup. If full-time doesn’t suit you right now, we’re open to a contractual arrangement for the right person
