• Job Purpose: Write the purpose for which the job exists (in 2-3 lines) This role is responsible for establishing and streamlining operations and quality at Outsourced Processing Centers (OPCs). This role involves manufacturing assessment, capacity planning, SOP preprations & implementation, SAP system integration, Vendor audit and ensuring timely and quality volume deliveries. This role will also support vendor coordination, invoice tracking, and performance monitoring to ensure seamless execution of production plans aligned with business goals. OPC Operations Setup & SOP Implementation
• Manufacturing assessment at site as per business requirement and coordination with vendor for setup designe.
• Set production capacity based on man machine availability at each OPC.
• Define and implement process parameters and procedures to ensure quality and audit compliance.
• Ramp up capacity utilization while maintaining delivery targets and quality benchmarks. SAP & System Implementation
• Implement SAP for RM/PM inward, FG dispatch, process order creation, consumption, and service entry.




• Ensure compliance in SAP transactions and invoice tracking, especially for MSME vendors.
• Monitor and resolve any delays in MSME payments through proactive tracking.
• Cordination with central IT OPC Delivery Performance & Current Product Delivery
• Ensure availability of RM, Semi-Finished Goods (SFG) and Packing Materials (PM) at OPCs as per production plans.
• Aligment with plant for delivery of material and quality testing.
• Ensure compliance with FG check sheets, deployment sheets, and quality checks as per process and inspection plan.
• Collabrate with supply chain, logistics, R&D; and procurement teams to ensure seamless intrigationof production activities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicator of manufacturing operations.(e. g. – plan , priority complainec. Yield, month report).
• Ensure compliance with PRSL (Product Range Stock List) and manage adhoc delivery requirements.
