• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Application Support / Production Support environments.
• Strong understanding of Java-based applications and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and Kafka.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools such as:
• Grafana
• Kibana
• Loki
• Prometheus
• Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Solid scripting skills using Shell Scripting and/or Python.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
