The platform simplifies tournament management for grassroots and amateur cricket, offering ball-by-ball commentary, instant match updates, and comprehensive player and team analytics via mobile devices. In addition to scoring, CrickBro enables player hiring and ground booking, helping users manage key aspects of local cricket efficiently. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Executive role based in Indore. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing users, introducing them to CrickBro’s features, and generating interest and qualified leads for tournaments, teams, and local cricket organizations. The role involves explaining product benefits, addressing basic questions, and guiding prospects through registration and onboarding. The Telemarketing Executive will maintain call records, follow up on inquiries, and support sales campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement. Collaboration with the sales and customer support teams will be expected to refine messaging, relay user feedback,



and help improve overall service quality. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and convert interest into active users.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle queries, provide explicit information, and ensure a positive caller experience.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including confident phone etiquette, clear spoken English or local languages, and effective listening abilities.
• Basic computer and mobile application literacy, with the ability to learn and explain app features clearly.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, meet daily call targets, and manage time efficiently.
• Interest in cricket and familiarity with local cricket ecosystems in India will be an added advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
