Bangalore About 5C Network 5C Network provides radiology reporting services and builds healthcare technology. We are hiring an in-house Marketing Manager to turn our expertise into useful content, consistent distribution and qualified commercial conversations. The role You will own marketing execution from idea to follow-through. Work with our leaders, clinicians and commercial teams to find robust stories, get them produced and approved, and put them in front of the right people. We want someone who takes initiative, keeps work moving and closes loops without waiting to be chased. What you will own
• Build audience-specific campaigns for hospital and diagnostic centre decision-makers, radiologists, and builders exploring healthcare AI. Set a clear message, distribution plan and next step for each audience.
• Turn expert interviews, podcasts, conference sessions, product insights and customer stories into a repeatable content pipeline. Own briefs, recording schedules, approvals, publishing and the content library.
• Write and repurpose material into sharp posts, email campaigns, video briefs and sales-ready assets. Coordinate clinical review, permissions and factual checks before publishing.
• Run targeted distribution across email, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. Adapt formats and messaging to each channel, build relevant audiences and test paid amplification within agreed budgets.
• Plan and execute podcasts, webinars and event campaigns, including promotion, content capture, repurposing and follow-up. Make existing content work harder before commissioning more.
• Manage agency, editor, designer and other production partners with clear briefs, deadlines and quality checks. Stay hands-on with writing and publishing while using specialists where needed.
• Connect campaigns to commercial follow-up with the sales team. Track relevant reach, audience engagement,
enquiries and qualified conversations; report what worked, what did not and what to change. What you bring
• Evidence of personally taking content-led or B2B marketing campaigns from idea through distribution, measurement and improvement. Show the work you owned, not just the brands you worked on.
• Strong writing, interviewing and editorial judgement. You can make technical or clinical ideas clear without losing accuracy, and know when to involve an expert.
• Hands-on experience with email and social distribution, campaign analytics and basic paid experiments. You can explain why a channel or format fits the audience.
• High ownership and reliable execution. You can organise multiple contributors, unblock stalled work and deliver a useful publishing rhythm with limited supervision.
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech or another technical B2B category is helpful. Curiosity, sound judgement and the ability to learn the domain matter. Your first 90 days
• Establish an audience map, content inventory, approval process and agreed publishing cadence. Set baseline measures so the team can see progress.
• Launch an end-to-end campaign using approved expert content, with channel-specific distribution, clear calls to action and a defined sales follow-up process.
• Build a repeatable weekly operating rhythm and a simple performance review. Show which audiences and messages generate useful engagement and commercial conversations, and recommend the next experiments.
• Success means consistent execution, stronger engagement from the right people and evidence that improves our demand generation. Raw views and posting volume alone are not the goal. What to share with your application
• Share your CV and two examples of campaigns or content programmes you personally owned. For each, explain the audience, your contribution, how you distributed the work, the results and what you learned.
• Links or a short portfolio are welcome.
