Role Description The Design Architect will work on full-cycle project design, from concept development to detailed design, coordinating closely with internal teams and external consultants. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing conceptual layouts, developing architectural plans, producing construction drawings, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all project stages. The role involves reviewing project requirements, conducting site and context analysis, participating in client and stakeholder meetings, and integrating feedback into design solutions. The Design Architect will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design staff to ensure quality, compliance with codes and regulations, and adherence to timelines.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Qualifications
• +6 to +9 years of experience in design and coordination is preferable
• Candidates should possess strong Architectural Design skills, with a solid understanding of building typologies and spatial planning.
• Candidates should possess Architecture and Design Management skills to coordinate design processes and manage project deliverables.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Construction Drawings, including detailing, documentation, and coordination with consultants.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaboration with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Mumbai and Maharashtra is an advantage.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.
