10–14 Years ? Domain: Analytics Consulting | Data Science | Business Analytics Straive is looking for experienced professionals to lead analytics delivery, manage client engagements, and drive data-driven business outcomes. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Lead medium-to-large analytics delivery teams across offshore and global delivery environments.
• Translate client business problems into structured analytics workstreams, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive analytics consulting, data science delivery, and business analytics initiatives.
• Review data logic, analytical outputs, and model results to ensure quality and business relevance.
• Manage client stakeholders,



delivery governance, project risks, documentation, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Data Science, Data Engineering, BI, QA, Product, and Business. ? Required Skills & Experience
• 10–14 years of experience in analytics consulting, data science delivery, business analytics, or data-focused project delivery.
• Proven experience managing analytics teams in offshore or global delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of analytics workflows, business problem structuring, and analytical solution design.
• Working knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language: Python or R.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and up-to-date data platforms or warehouses.
