The Retail Trainer for the West region, preferably based out of Gujarat. Since we currently do not have an office in Gujarat, the trainer will be working from the stores in the region and will be required to travel across other West region stores to conduct in-person, on-floor training sessions for store teams. In the future, if an office is established in Gujarat (in the next 1-2 years or longer), the role can transition to being office
- based. Until then, the role will remain store-based with regional travel.
• Conduct in-person, on-floor training sessions across stores in the West region to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer experience
• Be based out of Gujarat stores and ensure consistent training coverage across nearby locations
• Travel regularly to other West region stores (MH, MP, CG, GJ) as per the training calendar
• Identify skill gaps through store visits, audits,



and performance observations, and address them through targeted training
• Deliver onboarding training for current joiners and refresher sessions for existing staff
• Ensure effective implementation of training programs, SOPs, and brand guidelines at store level
• Track training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and feedback, and share insights with stakeholders
• Collaborate with Cluster Heads, City Managers, and Store Managers to improve team performance and training participation
• Maintain training reports, attendance, and documentation for all sessions conducted
• Assist in training content development regularly to upgrade the training programs on Learning Management Tool (Frontlyne)
