Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms, such as LinkedIn Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and schedule reels, posts, captions, creatives, and other social media content.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the business.
• Focus on increasing organic reach, audience engagement, followers, comments, and shares without relying on paid promotions.
• Engage with the audience through comments, relevant interactions, and community building.
• Monitor post performance and maintain basic engagement reports.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility and audience interaction.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms. Requirements
• Basic knowledge of handling multiple social media platforms.
• Understanding of likes, comments, shares, reach, impressions, and engagement.
• Good written communication skills and creativity.
• Willingness to learn content planning, social media analytics, and organic growth strategies.




• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently. Learning Outcomes During this 30-day internship, the intern will gain practical exposure to:

• Duration: 30 days from the date of joining.
• Stipend: This is an unpaid internship; no stipend or salary will be provided.
• Performance: The intern is expected to demonstrate consistency, creativity, initiative, and measurable efforts toward improving organic engagement.
• Certificate: An internship completion certificate may be provided upon successful completion of the internship and fulfilment of assigned responsibilities.
