Job Overview We are looking for a well-presented, enthusiastic and fashion-oriented Fashion Stylist to join our team. The candidate will assist clients in selecting outfits according to their preferences, occasions, body types and budgets while providing a personalized luxury shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
(KRA) 1. Client Consultation & Styling
• Understand clients' preferences, requirements, budgets and occasions.
• Recommend suitable bridal, couture, festive and prêt outfits.
• Provide personalized styling suggestions based on body type, colour preferences and current fashion trends.
• Assist clients in coordinating outfits with accessories and complementary pieces. 2. Customer Experience
• Deliver a warm, professional and personalized shopping experience.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and support clients throughout the selection and purchase process.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, including bridal and occasion-wear customers. 3. Sales & Client Relationship Management
• Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
• Convert customer enquiries and walk-ins into sales through effective product recommendations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain customer records.
• Encourage repeat purchases and referrals through excellent service. 4. Product Knowledge & Fashion Trends
• Maintain knowledge of designer collections, fabrics,



silhouettes, embroidery and garment details.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, bridal styles and occasion-wear preferences.
• Communicate product features, pricing and design details accurately to customers. 5. Store Presentation & Coordination
• Ensure garments and displays are presented neatly and attractively.
• Coordinate with the store team regarding trials, alterations, garment availability and customer requirements.
• Support inventory checks and proper handling of premium garments.
• Maintain the overall visual appeal and luxury standards of the store. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in Fashion Designing, Fashion Styling, Retail Management or a related field preferred.
• Freshers may apply; relevant retail or fashion experience will be an advantage.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good fashion sense, styling ability and awareness of current trends.
• Customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Professional grooming, confidence and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer records or retail software will be an advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile
