Job description
Were looking for a results-driven SEO Expert who can take ownership of our organic growth and build a strong search presence. You’ll work across technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO, content, and link building, with a clear focus on increasing organic traffic, enquiries, bookings, and search visibility. If you enjoy analysing data, finding ranking opportunities, fixing technical SEO issues, and turning search insights into measurable business results, we’d like to hear from you. Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP analysis. Optimise website content, service pages, location pages, metadata, URLs, and internal links. Manage technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicalisation, schema, and Core Web Vitals. Implement Local SEO and optimise Google Business Profile. Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools to identify opportunities and issues. Build high-quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO activities. Coordinate with developers and content teams for SEO implementation. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR, enquiries, and conversions. Identify new opportunities across SEO, AEO, and GEO.

Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO. Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog. Solid understanding of keyword research, search intent, content optimisation, and link building. Experience with Google Business Profile and local SEO. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of AEO/GEO is an advantage. Ability to work independently and collaborate with content and development teams.
