We’re hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist We are looking for a hands-on performance marketer with 3–4 years of experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads and social media marketing. The ideal candidate has worked with a D2C brand — preferably in apparel, fashion, lifestyle or beauty — and understands how to build, manage and optimise campaigns that drive measurable growth. Experience with B2B lead generation will be an advantage. You will manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google, work on audience targeting, budgets, campaign optimisation, creative testing, reporting and conversion tracking. You should be comfortable analysing results and improving lead quality, sales and return on ad spend. Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.
