The role Own hands-on social media planning and content review for client accounts, connecting brand positioning and audience needs with campaign ideas and measurable learning. Responsibilities
• Translate client objectives and audience understanding into content themes and campaign plans.
• Develop calendars and briefs with copy, design and motion teams, and review work for relevance and consistency.
• Explain content choices,



incorporate client feedback and keep delivery on track.
• Review performance, identify what needs to improve and turn findings into the next plan. What we look for
• Examples showing independent planning and content decisions, with a clear account of your contribution.
• Strong brief writing, content judgement and ability to present a recommendation.
• Ability to coordinate several deliverables and use performance evidence to improve work. Relevant skills Social media strategy, campaign planning, content strategy, analytics, client presentations.
