We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter (US) – India (Remote) with hands-on experience recruiting candidates for data and technology roles. Significant Notes

• 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on recruiting experience for Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Architect, Data Quality Engineer, Data Business Analyst, and AI/ML Engineer roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and screening.
• Experience working with 1099 / W2 / C2C engagement types.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in the EST time zone.
