The role involves overseeing sales activities within the assigned territory, including managing distributor and retailer relationships, tracking sales performance, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. The Area Sales Incharge will regularly visit customers, present product offerings, gather market intelligence, and address service-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. The position also includes coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales reports, supporting promotional activities,



and identifying new business opportunities to expand market share. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, assess market trends, and support decision-making.
• Team Management and Training capabilities to guide sales staff, support skill development, and ensure performance standards.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to maintain relationships, resolve issues, and present solutions effectively.
• Proven experience in field sales, territory management, or similar roles, preferably in the software or technology sector.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna, travel within the assigned area, and manage multiple accounts concurrently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools; familiarity with CRM or sales management software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
