Ltd. is hiring an experienced Digital Experience Designer & Automation Specialist for an enterprise digital transformation engagement with a leading global client. We are looking for a creative and technically proficient professional who combines strong UI/UX Design, Visual Storytelling and Digital Communications capabilities with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and AI-assisted design tools. The role involves creating intuitive digital experiences, visually engaging communication assets, insightful dashboards and automated workflows that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. This is a multidisciplinary position combining Digital Experience Design, Data Visualization and Process Automation—not a conventional UI/UX or Graphic Design role. Role Overview As a Digital Experience Designer & Automation Specialist, you will work with business stakeholders, product teams and technology professionals to design and enhance digital user journeys, enterprise dashboards, communication materials and automated business processes. You will translate business requirements into effective visual solutions, develop reporting dashboards using Power BI, support workflow automation through Microsoft Power Platform and leverage AI-assisted technologies to accelerate design and content development. You will also ensure that digital deliverables meet enterprise usability, accessibility, branding and design standards.

Key Responsibilities
UI/UX & Digital Experience Design
• Design intuitive user experiences and digital journeys for enterprise technology platforms.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, catalogs and visual concepts.
• Translate business requirements into effective designs while balancing usability, functionality and performance.
• Refine designs using user testing, analytics and stakeholder feedback.




• Maintain design documentation, reusable templates and consistent visual standards. Digital Communications & Visual Storytelling
• Create professional presentations, newsletters, graphics, videos and other digital communication assets.
• Translate complex business information into clear and compelling visual stories.
• Develop materials supporting digital adoption, stakeholder communication and engagement.
• Use Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint or equivalent design and multimedia tools.
• Ensure consistency with enterprise branding, accessibility and design guidelines. Power BI & Data Visualization
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Transform business information into visually effective and user-friendly dashboards.
• Apply data visualization and analytical storytelling principles to improve decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and optimize dashboard usability. Power Automate & Process Automation
• Design and implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Work with Power Apps and related Microsoft technologies to support business process improvement.
• Identify repetitive activities suitable for automation and develop practical solutions.
• Support testing, refinement and continuous improvement of automated workflows. AI-Assisted Design & Collaboration
• Leverage AI-powered tools for design, content creation and multimedia development.
• Explore emerging AI technologies to improve user experience and creative productivity.
• Collaborate with business, product and technology teams to deliver effective digital solutions.
• Present design concepts, gather feedback and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work effectively with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams. Must-Have Skills Design & User Experience
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in UI/UX Design, Visual Design, Digital Communications or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of UX, usability, branding and visual storytelling principles.
• Experience designing user journeys, wireframes, dashboards, workflows and digital interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint or equivalent tools.
• Experience creating presentations, newsletters, videos and digital assets.



Power BI & Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard design, reporting and data visualization.
• Experience using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps or comparable workflow automation solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical reporting and process automation solutions. AI & Professional Capabilities
