- 7 to 15 Yrs Role Summary : Provide L1/L2 operational support for Optical Transport networks, ensuring network availability, incident resolution, and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage DWDM, Optical Transport, and Fiber network alarms.
• Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and restoration activities.
• Execute maintenance activities and change implementations.
• Coordinate with field teams and vendors during outages.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and customer escalations.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and operational records.
• Support 24x7 NOC operations and bridge calls during major incidents. Skills
• Optical networking fundamentals (DWDM, ROADM, OTN).
• NMS/EMS monitoring tools.
• Incident and change management processes.
