Role Description The Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing residential and commercial properties that align with client requirements and company strategy. This full time, on-site role in Pimpri Chinchwad involves building and maintaining relationships with developers, brokers, and property owners, as well as conducting regular site visits and market assessments. The role includes negotiating purchase terms, gathering and analyzing property data, and preparing reports to support internal decision-making. The Sourcing Manager will work closely with the sales and advisory teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality inventory, while tracking market trends and competitor activity.



The position also requires adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards throughout the sourcing process. Qualifications
• Strong property sourcing and real estate market research skills, with the ability to analyze locations, amenities, and pricing.
• Experience in vendor and partner management, including establishing and maintaining relationships with builders, agents, and property owners.
• Solid negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities to secure favorable terms in line with company and client objectives.
• Proficiency in basic business and financial analysis, including evaluating investment potential and preparing clear reports.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple property leads, site visits, and documentation requirements.
• Working knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance practices in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in real estate sourcing or sales is preferred.
